This project is an extension and renovation of an existing three-storey, dual-occupancy building. The project redesigns the top two floors as well as the internal layout, extending the top floor in order to gain more solar access while prioritising oceanic views. This project features consistent designs throughout in accordance with the existing building and Waverley Council controls.
