This project was tailored and designed independently for each of the families who owned each of the houses, though the build was jointly coordinated. ARKO provided the designs and construction drawings for these houses. Both properties needed an addition to the upper floor and a full renovation of the lower level. We customised the designs for each family while maximising the spaces and bringing light to the interiors.
